This Copycat Starbuck's Lemon Loaf is so moist and full of lemon flavor and a simple glaze on top makes this absolutely scrumptious!


  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • For Icing
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Mix coconut flour and baking powder, set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and erythritol together.
  3. Add sour cream and melted butter, mix well
  4. Add coconut flour mix and lemon zest and juice beat until just incorporated.
  5. Spoon batter into pan. Bake in the preheated to 325F oven for about 45-50 minutes
  6. Prepare the icing by combining all ingredients in a small bowl
  7. Allow to cool cake completely and drizzle icing over lemon loaf
